This is one of the best purchases I made since I started graduate school for family nurse practitioner. This is the only reference book you need ever. Good for school and in clinic. This book has color photos, current guidelines, algorithms, total H & P, and when to refer. It's a quick down and dirty without all the fluff. Definitely worth the money! Love it.
